What Is Tarot?

For me tarot is a tool that acts as a reflection of unspoken energies, themes, and underlying patterns within life. Traditionally tarot is a 78 card deck consisting of 22 Major Arcana - which represents the "fools journey" through consciousness and expansion - and 56 Minor Arcana split into four suits representing the elements and the archetypes that they embody. Tarot can be used to reflect our own stories, journeys, and possible paths into the future. Tarot does not predict the future or determine what your life will look like with certainty but it can offer insight into possible outcomes based on your own decisions, internal beliefs, and external influences. It can offer a picture of the path before you, but it is up to your own free will what direction you choose and what choices you decide to make. Tarot can also be extremely helpful when reflecting on the past and learning from your mistakes rather than letting them define you - it can help remind you of the bigger picture and reveal how difficult experiences are often a part of the journey to self-understanding. I also find a lot of wisdom in the tarot when doing deep internal self-reflection. When the mind, the heart, and the spirit feel in conflict, confusion, or lacking clarity, tarot can help make the picture clear and allow the conflicting energies to reveal themselves - it is an excellent tool for putting words to what you feel a loss for words for. There are endless combinations of cards and depending on the order and context in which the cards are pulled there are many different meanings that can be divined from them. This is where I use my intuition as a reader to discern the energies present within the narrative of the cards.

When reading for clients my focus is always on gaining clear answers as to what it is they need to know most in their life at the time of the reading. Whether they have specific questions in mind or choose to keep the reading open I always keep the focus on bringing valuable truths to light.

I am not one to shy away from hard truths and I will give you hard answers if I need to while still maintaining balance and openness to the ever changing variables of life. That is to say I will give you straight up answers and acknowledge that the power is always in your hands; you always have the final say on where fate leads you.

My readings are like a snapshot of your current circumstances, or the past ones still at play in your life today - I will give you the layout of where I see you at the time of the reading while still making space for the possibility that these circumstances may change. I will reveal the path ahead if that's what you need but I will always remind you that you hold the power of choice.

As a reader my goal is to empower you to follow the calling of of your most authentic self.

It can be really helpful to reflect on where we've been, where we're at and where we're going - however, tarot is not a prediction, only a reflection. You have free will, and tarot will only reflect what is already playing out in your life, but it can give you insight into the layers of truth to be found within your present reality. I am here to act as a sounding board for you to remember, and to hear in certain words the confirmation of that which you more than likely already know in your heart.

It is a privilege and an honor to reflect your truths to you.

It can be helpful for those in the midst of major life transitions, those who feel lost or uncertain of their direction, or those who are seeking to understand the truth behind complicated situations. It can be used in the context of self-reflection, clarity on interpersonal relationships, or understanding the bigger picture of your path ahead. Tarot is also a really wonderful tool for those doing self-healing work and can offer reflections of where you have grown, where you are continuing to expand and how you can best continue on your own journey of self-healing.

In-Person Tarot Readings

In-Person Extensive Personal Tarot Reading
1 hour $88-123

In an extensive reading you can choose to keep the subject open and see what wants to reveal itself to you; we can go in depth into subjects that are being highlighted in your reading, or you can ask as many questions as time permits. My extensive readings are for those looking for a deeper level to their tarot reading. Within the hour reading we are able to look into the layers of what is presented and come to clear understanding of what is being presented for you through the cards.

During an in-home tarot service I will ground us into the reading with some smoke cleansing and crystal gridding before getting started. Having an immersive environment when receiving tarot can assist in connecting you more to your reading. This is why I offer these unique in-home readings - to give you the safe space to open up with the cards.

Online Tarot Readings

All online tarot services are delivered live on Zoom.

Zoom Tarot Reading - 35 minutes $33-55

This is a standard short reading, you can either chose to keep the subject open or ask up to three questions depending on what time permits.

I will send you the Zoom meeting link via email and go over what your intentions are for the reading when we connect at the time of your service.
